3.22 Perform queries on the main archive

Different queries can be performed on the records in the main archive.

Select Query followed by Define your Query and the query dialog opens:

Date Range: To define your query you can select a predefined date range,

or you can set a start en end date with the two calendars.

Fax Properties: Below the predefined date ranges a range of fax properties

can be entered to further narrow down your query. These properties include

the name of the remote fax, remote CSID, fax number, sender/receiver,

document name, E-mail address and text in your notes.

Furthermore your query can be limited to received or sent faxes. In this

section one can also choose to select the failed faxes.

Click OK to execute the query.

To clear the query press Cancel Queries.

To cancel press Cancel.
